Really simple to order. Before ordering I emailed them describing what I wanted, and their return emai addressed all my questions. After sending photos of my dog, I received a photo of the first creation. I asked if it was possible to increase her smile, and they sent another photo showing the change, which I approved. In a short time I had the statue in my hands.
